Beginning this friday, July 13th 2007, the Texas MDL court in Houston will hear the first wave of Motion for Summary Judgments filed by asbestos Defendants based on the recent Texas Supreme Court decision handed down June 8, 2007 in  Borg-Warner Corp. v.s. Flores (case no. 05-0189).
